Silicon Controlled Rectifier - An electronic component that serves as a gateway to current in the weld control. 

SEC I/V

Secondary Current Input/Voltage - This connection in the faceplate of the timer/CPU/processor is the connection that allows for the processor to gather data through voltage tip wires or force wires to process the RAFT variables allowing for SoftQ, AdaptQ and ForceQ.

SSPI

Security Support Provider Interface - This connection in the weld processor/timer/CPU connects to other modules and components in the controller.
